Overall, my stay was pleasant with beautiful scenery and a wonderful room. The staff tried to be helpful, but I encountered several issues that dampened the experience. Some facilities need maintenance, and the dining prices were quite steep for what was offered. While the location was nice, I wouldn't rate it a five-star experience.
